Receive the finished PDF privately with instructions for the agreed viewer. One correction round within the accepted scope is included.

What should I send?

Only a blank form that you own or have permission to modify. Do not send completed customer records, IDs, medical information, card details, or signed documents. Do not post forms publicly.

Will it work in every PDF app?

Compatibility is limited to the PDF app and device family agreed before payment. Browser previews and PDF apps vary. If preserving the layout requires a flat-image background, any loss of searchable printed text will be explained before payment.

What is outside the scope?

Redesign, rewriting, calculations, poor-scan reconstruction, signature capture or certification, legal or compliance review, and accessibility certification. Printed signature lines can remain unchanged; this is not an electronic-signature service.

How will payments work?

Payment will be requested only after source suitability, scope, viewer compatibility, and the total price are confirmed. The planned checkout is hosted by Stripe. No orders or payments are being accepted through this website yet.

How will documents and personal data be handled?

This website does not accept document uploads. Please do not email completed forms or sensitive customer records. The approved intake and delivery method will be provided before any order is accepted. See the privacy information below for general enquiries.

SERVICE INFORMATION

PDF pilot policies.

These policies describe the planned one-page PDF pilot. Orders are not yet open. Before accepting an order, we confirm the source, scope, compatible viewer, total price, and private delivery method.

Customer support

For service questions, corrections, cancellations, or disputes, email corvus@corvidhousemedia.com. Include your order reference when available. Do not email completed forms or sensitive customer records.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before conversion work begins for a full refund. If the agreed fields cannot be delivered working and saving/reopening in the agreed PDF viewer, we will make one prompt correction attempt or refund the full purchase price. These terms do not limit rights that apply by law.

Corrections and service disputes

One correction round within the accepted scope is included. Email corvus@corvidhousemedia.com with your order reference and a description of the problem; avoid sending completed or sensitive records. We will review the issue against the agreed scope and use the correction or refund process above. This process does not require you to waive statutory or payment-provider dispute rights.

Digital delivery and physical returns

The finished PDF and saving instructions are delivered through the private method agreed before payment, within 48 hours after scope acceptance, usable source receipt, and confirmed payment. No physical goods are shipped in this pilot, so physical returns do not apply. New pages, redesigns, or changed requirements need a separate agreement; no extra charge is made without approval.

Pilot offer limits

The initial pilot is planned for three accepted orders at $15 USD per one-page form with up to 25 logical fields, including one in-scope correction. This is a pilot price, not a discount from an established price. Any applicable taxes and the final total will be disclosed before payment. Orders are not yet open.

Source rights and excluded material

Only submit a blank form you own or have permission to modify. Completed records, identity documents, medical data, payment-card information, and signed documents are not accepted. This service does not provide legal or compliance advice, accessibility certification, or an electronic-signature system. We will not accept work that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful.

PRIVACY

A clear starting point.

This is an informational website. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, customer upload forms, or payment forms to this page. The illustrative form runs in your browser and does not submit its entries.

If you email us, RKI Holding LLC receives your email address and the contents of your message to respond to your enquiry. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.

Please send only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send identity documents, completed client forms, medical records, passwords, or payment-card details. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. For questions about information you have sent, or to request access or deletion, email corvus@corvidhousemedia.com.
